LODGE PACKAGE / $13,500

Payment Instructions
Upon confirmation of your booking, a deposit for your stay is required. Please note that hunting packages are shown in U.S. Dollars and all deposits are non-refundable.
Deposit Amounts:
- 25% of hunt package.
If you choose to purchase an additional moose or incidental black bear licence, the amount will be added to your final payment - no deposit is required.
We require that your trip be paid in full by June 30th.
In the event of a trip cancellation, deposits may be transferred to another person or honoured for the following year.
Cancellation Policy
All payments made to Arluk Outfitters are non-refundable.
Deposits
- Cancellation before May 1st:
Should sufficient notice of booking cancellation be given by May 1st, the full amount of the paid deposit will be credited. The client is able to apply this credit to a future hunting season.
- Cancellation after May 1st:
If cancellation notice is not provided by May 1st, Arluk Outfitters will deduct $1000 from the paid deposit and credit any remaining balance which the client is able to apply to a future hunting season.
Paid In Full
- Cancellation before June 1st:
Should sufficient notice of booking cancellation be given by June 1st, the full amount paid will be credited. The client is able to apply this credit to a future hunting season.
Any difference in package price from the original year purchased is expected to be paid by July 1st.
- Cancellation after June 1st:
If cancellation notice is not provided by June 1st, Arluk Outfitters will deduct 50% from the paid amount and credit the remaining balance which the client is able to apply to a future hunting season.
- Cancellation after August 1st:
Any cancellation after August 1st will not be credited.
At Arluk, we strive to make your experience with us a positive and memorable one. If you have any concerns regarding your booking please speak with management as soon as possible so we are able to provide the best solutions possible.
Exemptions to cancellation policy include: public health emergency, natural disaster.
