Payment Instructions

Upon confirmation of your booking, a deposit for your stay is required. Please note that Sled & Stay packages are shown in Canadian Dollars and all deposits are non-refundable.

In the event of a trip cancellation, deposits may be transferred to another person or honoured for the following year.



Cancellation Policy

All payments made to Arluk Outfitters are non-refundable.

Should sufficient cancellation notice be given, the full amount paid will be credited to the client. The client is able to apply credit to a future season.

At Arluk, we strive to make your experience with us a positive and memorable one. If you have any concerns regarding your booking please speak with management as soon as possible so we are able to provide the best solution possible.

Exemptions to cancellation policy include: public health emergency, natural disaster.
