A day on the river

Morning
A typical day starts with a hearty breakfast prepared by our cook. Anglers and guides then head to the river, which may be a few steps from the lodge or a short boat ride away.

Midday
After a morning of fishing you can enjoy a shore lunch or return to the lodge for a sit-down meal.

Evening
After an afternoon and early evening of fishing there is a full-course dinner at the lodge, and you can finish the day with a few last casts in the river next to the lodge.

- A fishing package includes the licence, accommodation, meals, a guide, and transportation to and from the lodge from one of our basecamps.

- On the first day you arrive in the early afternoon and fish through the late afternoon and evening. On the last day you fish in the morning and leave after lunch.

- Main River Lodge sleeps up to 12 guests.
