Sending an inquiry
When you ask us about a trip.
- The inquiry form asks for your name, your email address and what you are interested in, and, if you wish, a phone number, the size of your group, preferred dates and a message.
- We use these details to reply to your inquiry.
- Your inquiry is sent to Arluk's team by email, and a copy is stored in our own database, hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. We keep inquiries, in our email inbox and in that stored copy, until we delete them; they are not deleted automatically.
- To protect the form from abuse, we briefly keep a scrambled (hashed) form of the network address your request came from, and of your email address, for a few days at most. We do not keep the addresses themselves for this purpose.
